L1, L2 and L3 positions are available right now; we are looking for full-time but would consider part-time hires. Our hours of operation are 24x7. We are looking for people who enjoy providing the best technical support possible to our customers, who are proactive in identifying and addressing issues, who have a solid technical base to draw from including hardware and software experience and have provided technical support services in the past.
