MozyEnterprise Assessment & Design Service Package

The Assessment & Design Service is a package designed to thoroughly discuss and document business and technical requirements, and propose account design considering network and other customer constraints. During this engagement, Mozy will:

• Review your business objectives and your technical environment
• Align the Mozy product feature set & functionality to your needs
• Discuss best practices – review typical usage, administrator capabilities, partner-group-user considerations, account structure and performance considerations
• Document findings and recommendations in the Partner Delivery Specification
• Initial prep and on-site, or via Conference Calls and WebEx session

MozyEnterprise Activation & Set-up Service Package

The Activation & Set-Up Service is a package designed to help customers build out and configure the proposed Mozy solution. This includes:

• Review and update deployment and activation considerations
• Discuss Best Practices – review typical usage, administrator capabilities, partner-group-user considerations, account structure and performance considerations
• Activate Mozy account and set up account structure, including sub-partners, groups, and customize applicable settings/preferences
• Discuss Mozy client settings, including activation switches to control user experience and backup set preferences. (Scripting customer install package not included.)
• Initial prep and on-site, or via Conference Calls and WebEx session

Mozy Training

MozyEnterprise Administrator Training (Half-day)

This course covers basic theory of backup and restore and how Mozy delivers these features. Participants will receive training on:

• Client features and settings
• Admin console features and settings
• Admin console administration
• Setup, deployment, and restores
• Activation (simple silent, assisted)
• Rebranding tool capabilities
• Troubleshooting methods
