You have entered an incorrect username and/or password.

What you can do:

Make sure that your caps lock is off and that you are entering the correct username (email address) and password associated with your MozyHome account.

If you have forgotten your password, or your login information is correct and you still cannot log in, reset your password at http://mozy.com/login/forgot. An email will then be sent to you with your new password which you'll need to enter into the MozyHome client.
