Something stopped the MozyHome service.

What you can do:

Restart the MozyHome service:

1. Open your Start menu, click "Run," then type: services.msc If this command does not seem to work for you, type: C:\WINDOWS\System32\Services.msc
2. In the Services window, double-click "MozyHome Backup Service."
3. In the General tab, make sure that the startup type is set to Automatic.
4. In the Log On tab, make sure it is set to Local System Account.
5. In the Log On tab, make sure that your profile is labeled as Enabled.
6. In the Log On tab under "This Account," make sure that the 3 blanks have nothing in them.
7. In the General tab, under "Service Status," click "Start."
