What can you do: MozyHome keeps track of which files have already been backed up to our servers and your previously backed up files are safe. Click the Start Backup button to start backing up where the previous backup left off.
Troubleshooting for connection errors include ensuring that there is sufficient bandwidth and hardware resources (CPU, RAM, hard drive I/O). In addition, verify that there aren't any applications that could be causing a high amount of latency.
In some cases there may be a temporary communication problem between your computer, the Internet, and MozyHome servers. If this is the case, as soon as your Internet connection resumes, your backups will continue on the next scheduled backup.
In the case of repeated ConnectionError3s, check for subsequent ServerError6s. Please be patient and allow MozyHome to upload the files. You may want to change the Schedule to Automatic and the # of times per day to 12 to perform enough backups per day to upload the files.
