One of the MozyHome generated files in the Windows %TEMP% folder was deleted or is otherwise inaccessible to MozyHome. This can be caused by anti-virus software detecting and quarantining a file MozyHome creates before sending it to our servers. This can also occur if the %TEMP% folder gets inadvertently cleared while a backup is in progress.
What you can do:
We're currently working with anti-virus vendors to prevent this issue. We'll release updates as they become available. In the meantime, try pausing or disabling your anti-virus software while the backup is in progress.
