You do not have any NTFS volumes on your machine.
What you can do:
Rick-click on the MozyHome icon and select "Configure." In the "Options" tab, disable "Support for backing up EFS encrypted files."
Or, to upgrade the file system on your hard drive(s)to NTFS, go to http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/winxppro/maintain/convertfat.mspx and follow the instructions.
