Windows 2000 does not have Volume Shadow Copy Service and is therefore incapable of providing open and locked file support for MozyHome.
What you can do:
Upgrade to Windows XP or Windows Vista. If upgrading is not an option, close all of your programs during backup or deselect the files that are typically held open or are locked. If all else fails, log off your computer completely to back up.
