Are there Mozy sales materials I can use to market the service to my customers?

Mozy has product sheets, sales scripts, and technical documentation, in addition to website banners and logos available in the Mozy Partner Portal that can be leveraged or customized as needed. What kind of pricing can I expect?
Mozy offers all of our partners pricing based on several highly customized factors. Your partner manager can work out specific details and give you a better idea of what kind of pricing you can expect.
What should I charge my customers for the MozyPro service?
As a Mozy partner, what you charge your customers for your branded backup service is at your discretion.
How do I get started?

How do I brand the solution?
Mozy will work with you after you’ve become a partner to determine your branding strategy and assist you in offering backup as a fully branded solution, or as a backup product, powered by Mozy.
Is there someone who can assist me if I have sales questions?
Of course! Each partner is assigned a dedicated partner manager (PM) who is available to discuss sales training, product overviews, and answer general questions. Your PM can also bring in a technical resource if needed to answer more technical questions about the product itself.
What other benefits does the Mozy Partner Program offer?
All partners receive the ability to offer Mozy online backup under their own specific brand. All partners will have access to the Mozy Partner Portal. Through the portal, partners can get trained on the product offering, download sales and marketing collateral for branded collateral creation, and get the most recent partner news. In addition, you will be assigned a dedicated marketing resource for collateral needs, training, enablement materials and incentives tailored to your organization.
What support options are available?
As a Mozy partner, you’re expected to offer Level 1 support to your customers as they need it. If you need to escalate product issues to Mozy, you receive Level II 24/7/365 technical support. Mozy's U.S.-based technicians are available to assist you with specific needs on a pre-agreed SLA. In addition, Mozy can provide L1-branded customer support for an additional fee if needed.
