| Open ZoneAlarm Security Suite (ZA) by double clicking on the ZA icon in the Windows icon tray (usually the bottom right-hand corner of your screen). |  |
ZA will open with an Overview screen. On the left side of the screen are tabs for various settings. Select Program Control (1). Next, near the top of this screen you will find more tabs where you should select the tab labeled Programs (2). If Mozy Backup Service and Mozy Configuration already appear in the Programs list, jump ahead to step 7. Otherwise, to configure ZA for Mozy, press the Add button (3). |

When the Add Program screen appears, by default ZA will have the Program Files folder open. If during Mozy installation you installed Mozy to the default location, you will find the Mozy folder within the Program Files folder. If you installed Mozy in a different location, you will need to browse to that location. Double click or open the Mozy folder (4). In the Mozy folder, select MozyBackup.exe (5) and press Open (6). |

| You will now be returned to the Program Control screen on the Programs tab. Mozy Backup Service appears in the list of programs. Now, click on the question mark in the Trust Level column corresponding to Mozy Backup Service, and mark it as Trusted (7). Next, click on each of the question marks under the Access columns corresponding to Mozy Backup Service, and mark them as Allow (8). Mozy Configuration should also be setup in ZA with the same Trust Level and Access as MozyBackup.exe. If it is not listed or its Trust Level and Access are something else, you will need to repeat the firewall setup process for the MozyConfig.exe file. |

| When Mozy Backup Service and Mozy Configuration are both in the Programs list with settings of Trusted and Allow Access (9), you may exit the ZA configuration. Mozy should work with ZA now. |  |
