Our customers think Mozy is really great. They like the fact that it is low touch and they don’t have to worry about it. We can actually monitor it and manage it for them. All they have to know is that their backups are taking place. They can very easily go check on that themselves, rather than have to rely on us. As a reseller, the Mozy portal is probably my most favorite part of the process. It is a centralized location where I can go in and manage all of our clients. I don’t have to log in as multiple customers; I don’t have to have multiple logins. I can log in at one place, quickly see my backup stats, go in and make adjustments for customers and I’m done. To my knowledge, really even now, Mozy is really the only online backup vendor to allow a reseller to have so much touch and feel on an individual client basis without having to go through a lot of hoops.
